Kind of has that hole-in-the-wall feel to it. Sometimes a high traffic area considering the location but not a bad spot to get your fix of Java. I do give them props for being one of the faster of the Starbucks shops in the area. They can churn out some drinks quick and have you on the way pretty quick. But beware, this place also gets packed to the point it can be annoying during the prime hours of the day.

Always have loved this Starbucks, while it fills up on weekend during weekdays it's pretty empty and has a lot of comfortable seating. This store is always clean, well organized and the baristas always provide great service. The displays are always beautifully organized and everything is always in place. Table layout is great and utilizes the space properly, granted there isn't a lot of seating due to the space but there is patio seating outside with umbrellas for a too sunn day. The milk and sweetener bar is a little too in the way, because it is in the middle of the store so it can cause a back up. Especially since it's closest to the drink bar. But other than that this is one of the nicer Starbucks in the area. Aside from the weekend crowds (usually groups of teenaged girls) the store is well kept, clean, and organized. And it's a nice little oasis away from the shopping madness outside.

This Starbucks is amazing, they never fail to make me amazing drinks. All of the baristas are very friendly, clean, and funny. They all seem to enjoy what they are doing and put a lot of effort into making delicious coffees and keeping the place sanitary. Keep up the good work!

Always a pleasure when indulging in an ice cold coffee drink from Starbucks. It feels & tastes extra special when I'm vacationing in FL. There's nothing like a green tea frappchino (did I spell that right?). This location is perfectly placed in the middle of a fabulous shopping plaza...and near a Sephora.

Really great service. We ordered 2 of the same fraps and the barista gave us the second one for free because he said it was his favorite frap. I've never had a Starbucks barista do that for me before.

Love this Starbucks, conveniently located in the Pembroke Gardens. It's service is awesome, everything comes out warm and fast! I also like the ambiance inside, and how you can sit on comfy couches and enjoy a warm latte.

Whatever you do don't ask the female manager for a refill on your coffee. I had purchased a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I sat down had the coffee and sandwich. Before leaving I asked if I could get a refill. (If your a regular at Starbucks you know refills are 50 cents or free with a gold card). The look on her face was the equivalence of realizing you just stepped on dog poo. With an attitude she preceded to interrogate me in regards to when I purchased the drink. Its just regular coffee is not like if I was asking for a free venti frap.

4 stars for the location & cleanliness. -3 star for service! As I came in early this morning cashier was doing something out of site. I waited for a min or 2. Didn't bother me. She showed up and ask what can she get me me. (With such annoying face). So sorry I bother you and took you away from whatever you were doing! I stayed calm and maybe she just had a bad morning. I ordered, I said thank you. I paid, I said thank you. No respond. So rude and lack of customer service. I went over to the girl that make my coffee. Same rudeness!! Sadly, this location employees don't have nametags.
